
Dr. Kristi Tompkins is a Naturopathic Doctor and Functional Medicine Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in functional and longevity-focused medicine. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.
With a focus on addressing the underlying drivers of illness and symptoms, she integrates comprehensive evaluations, advanced lab diagnostics, and personalized protocols. Dr. Kristi specializes in women's health and hormone optimization from adolescence to perimenopause and menopause, with additional expertise in metabolic health, skin and digestive disorders.
Recognizing the profound influence of emotional stress on our health, Dr. Kristi is passionate about teaching her patients nervous system healing practices and the deep relationship between mind and body. She has pursued advanced training in science-based transformational coaching, human behavior change, meditation and many other influential teachings that can better support her patients.
Dr. Kristi’s belief is grounded in treating the whole person and recognizing the interconnection of physical, emotional, environmental, genetic and lifestyle factors that influence health. Her goal is to partner with her patients by providing clinical insight, therapeutic resources, and personalized guidance needed to restore health, strengthen resilience and optimize well-being and quality of life.
Outside of practice, Dr. Kristi enjoys meditation, strength training, yoga, cooking, time in nature and staying connected with family, friends, colleagues, and communities both locally and globally.
