Healthy "Pumpkin Pie" Smoothie (Vegan Option)

It's pumpkin season!

That means it's time to indulge in the deliciously creamy flavor that pumpkin offers. Pumpkin is also high in beta carotene which our bodies changes into the antioxidant, Vitamin A. We need Vitamin A to see, fight illness, support heart and lungs, and keep the reproductive system working.

The below recipe is an office favorite. Try it out for your next morning smoothie and get all the holiday feels with these healthy pumpkin pie flavors.


1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree

1 Banana

3/4 cup Forager Vanilla Cashew Yogurt

Handful of Power Greens

Heaping spoonful of nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond, etc.)

1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

A little honey for sweetness (can be omitted to be vegan)

Fill with Almond Milk (unflavored) to desired thickness to watery ratio


Place all ingredients in a blender, NutriBullet, or Magic Bullet. Blend to desired consistency.
