Asparagus with Creamy Herb Sauce

Love Béarnaise sauce but hate the calories and fat that go with it? Try this creamy herb sauce instead!

2 bunches of asparagus, tough ends trimmed
½ cup low-fat, plain yogurt
3 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
2 tsp. fresh dill
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper, to taste

Bring an inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put asparagus in a steamer basket, cover, and steam until tender-crisp (about four minutes).
Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, tarragon, dill, mustard, lemon juice, water, salt, and pepper in asmall bowl.
Plate the asparagus and drizzle the sauce over the asparagus. Serve warm or cold.
