Lisa Wagaman, RD, IFNCP

Lisa Wagaman, RD, IFNCP is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with broad range of expertise in clinical nutrition, managing whole health programs, and integrative and functional nutrition. She obtained her education at Sacramento State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. After completing her Dietetic internship through Fresno State University, she started her career as a dietitian in the Air Force and eventually transitioned to the Air Force Reserves. She continued working with veterans at the Northern CA VA medical center helping service men and women use nutrition to build resiliency, overall wellness, and fitness.

She continued her education at the University of Western States earning a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is a board-certified practitioner in Integrative and Functional Nutrition (IFNCP) by the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings for 20 years and has extensive training and experience in mindful eating and lifestyle medicine.

Using an individual centered approach, Lisa works by partnering with clients in their journey towards optimal health.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and spending quality time with her family chasing her two boys.
